Our water was shut off during a pandemic. We are only 12 days past the due date and have not received a second bill. We are not two months behind. We are 12 days late. They only accept cash or check so I can't ask a friend to call in the payment for me. They stated I have no recourse and they will not turn the water back on until the bill is paid, including an additional $25 reconnect fee.
