City Wide Heating & Cooling Rip off and will not honor commitments Knoxville, Internet
City Wide was initially the vendor that my home warranty company American Home Shield called to fix a issue with my HVAC. This was in November 2010. Now they are refusing to deal with the issue. This has been going on for over 2 months. AHS "fired" City Wide and switched the work request to Advance. Now the request was shipped back over to City Wide. City Wide told me that they "refuse to service" me and hung up the phone. At this point I would not trust City Wide, AHS, or Advance Heating and Cooling.
What does it take to get a reliable contractor in Knoxville?
