Citybookers Caused me loses both financial and time by ineffecient employee Internet

I made a booking from Jeddak to Bangkok, booking #CB 2119974 which was supposed to depart on the 6th of July, due to my circumstances I had to delay the booking dates so I contacted Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim and he told me that a penalty charge will be appled to change the dates with total amount 525 SR, I acknowledged the charges and asked for the new ticket on the 3rd of July, i haven't received a reply so I sent a reminder on the 5th of July also with no response, I then called citybookers and was told that they are facing a technical difficulties preventing them from making the changes and asked me to contact the airlines directly to make changes . Despite all my efforts and international calls to solve the issue "made by the employee at citybookers", The airlines informed me that they can't make any changes and that only the travel agent can. I called them back and I was told that they are working on the issue and that they would email me with the updates. Today I received an email from Ahmed Ibrahim the same agent telling me that the flight was marked as a no show and that I will need to pay 2025 SR in order to change the dates which is more expensive than issuing a new ticket! Attached is screen shots of the conversation with the agent who doesn't want to take responsibility of their mistakes and caused me all kind of loses.
