When city search first contacted The Spa Mechanic Inc. they spent a lot of time on the phone convincing us they were on the up & up. It was telemarketer style very aggressive. They said we would have to agree to a 350.00 limit to get the pay per click down to 30 cents a click and assured us it would probably not get that high as 350.00 in one month, So don't worry about it. The first month showed no clicks at all and there was a 9.95 min. The next month within 30 days it shot up to over 300.00 dollars. We have accounts with Google & yahoo nationally and we do not spend more than 100.00 each with them.

With city search they only target so many local markets so how do they come up with a pay per click claim like that. We think they are charging for impressions not clicks. We worn all out there stay away from City Search they are a big scam. We had them close out the account and they charged me 349.20 for nothing, no results, not one sale. I never signed any contract, they did a recording over the phone only. I don't know if that's legal but we will find out. We encourage all to speck out against this kind of fraud, Sincerely The Spa Mechanic Inc.

Citysearch is a scam for sure.
Keep the word going so other small businesses won't be hurt by these crooks like you and I were.
