Found great add on internet.(CITYWIDE APPLIANCE REPAIRPORT EWEN NY )Darius smith assessed dryer and washer.Charged us almost 400.00 plus asked us for 27.00 dollars more, he would service appliances for two years.He left ,never came back.Numerous phone calls back to Citywide only to say by( another employee} he was waiting on scematics. Over a month still no show .Ended up buying new dryer.Please do not use this company
