Citywide manipulated our loan in an attempt to foreclose and steal our equity. The advised on a realtor for us to sell our home. We we out of State sellers. Doug Watson lied to our friends handeling the sale, then lied to a judge to get his hands on the procedes.
The eal estate folks including the lawyer we ended up using told me they had not seen this kind of heavy handed tactics in their 20 plus years in the business. This is a awful bank, corupt people and they deserve to be found out.

Citywide banks following the path of Fairbanks capitol, I wonder how many other they pushed into forclosures, or in our case seiing for a huge loss. We took a loss of $60,000 on a home we paid outragious interest rates on for three years? Citywide thought they could get our house and make a big profit on it's resale and also sue us for the 60K on top of it.
