Considering taking this company to court for multiple issues.

The company does not return phone calls regarding poor electrical work performed. This company has completely ripped us off in what they have charged us; their subcontractors advised that they doubled what it would cost to fix our problem (one electrical outlet caught on fire/started smoking). After our initial consultation from Craig, who said it was critical we get this problem fixed ASAP (or deal with a possible house fire), we saw no one from Citywide anymore BUT subcontractors.

Over $3,000.00 and seven months later, and after TWO failed inspections from our city Building and Safety Department, we still have holes in every wall still and the work is still not yet completed. We feel so helpless.

The customer service seems to fail to arrange inspections. They also failed to notify us as to when an inspector would be coming out to our residence on all three occasions an inspector attempted to inspect Citywide's work. Every time the inspector showed up, it was a complete surprise to us.

First inspection, the work failed and wasn't up to SIX different codes. Second inspection, failed as well. The workers left our house littered with frayed electrical wires, dirt, and left all the pieces of the wall they knocked down where they fell. Completely dangerous for small children and pets. Which they knew we had a small puppy yet didn't clean up anything during the WHOLE process.

Citywide Electric is a disgusting business that takes advantage of people in desperate situations. Craig told us that our problem was serious and that he could get it taken care of in 3 days, tops, pull permits, and pass inspection.
