CJ INDUSTRIES, Autoship is fake. DO NOT ORDER ANY TRIAL BOTTLES HIGHLAND CALIFORNIA
I ordered the trial bottle of Hoodia XS (60 caps) in late February. Come to find out later that they debited $69.99 x2 from by bank account on 03/20/07 & 03/21/07 citing that its for autoshipping. Never recieved any additional bottles from them. In order to cancel you must email them.I did. Autoreply returned by them today.
I have called the 1-888-281-6429 number several times this morning. No one in Customer Service does not answer the phone. The email states open from 8am-5pm. Do not order anything from them they are 0.2miles from an Applebee's restaurant according to the map.
Do not give them your credit card # information and have your bank stop draft payments immediately to offset any losses you many incur from them. If there is an attorney willing to take them on and close them down, let me know.

Upon ordering your free trial, you were enrolled in an autoship program. This happened by clicking the button that says. "I have read and agree to Terms and Conditions, Order Now"
Terms and Conditions State
. You will be enrolled in an autoship program (product ships every 26 days). >They took payments out on the 3/20/07 & 3/21/07.
. You must purchase at least one at full price before canceling. > I did not agree to that!
. You must email sales@cj-industry.com 24 hours in advance to cancel. > Emailed them 03/27/07.
. Disputed charges are turned to Collections for full amount + $25
. The site states there are no refunds under this program. >>CROOKS PEOPLE!!! And there is no FCRA law that supercedes this statement here, I need a lawyer to talk to me please!!
We have more than one "(name deleted)" in the system
Please provide the following info to be cancelled from the autoship program
First & last name on credit card used > provided information.
Last four digits of credit card used > provided information.
If you signed up more than once, we will need the last 4 of each card you used to sign up with as well as the name you used.

Here is thier real phone number and tell Jeff Whiteman that his autoship policy to keep your money is wrong and that you have the right to cancel if the product does not suit you. Boycott this company to let them know you don't play that!
