I ordered my daughters sneakers from this company, the only thing she asked for to start school with because she knows money is very limited. I ordered womens Jordans 8 which is a white leather sneaker with purple # 23 and graphics which were $80.00, the company sent me womens Jordans 6 which are white leather and cloth with pink grapics and only cost $60.00.

I have contacted the company numerous times by email as it is the only information available, their response was it was not their fault it was the carriers fault ! The carrier is the Post Office ! They would fix the problem by letting me keep the ones that were sent and give me a 15% discount on the correct pair or pay $50.00 in shipping to send them back and they would send me the correct shoe in about a month.

Now I have to figure out what to do about sneakers for my daughter for school that starts in 7 days and no money to buy any. The pink ones they sent are not even the right size so that option is out as well ! I hate companies that rip people off and manage to get away with it. When their policy states that they guarentee what they sell and ship, with easy exchange policy. I find nothing easy about their policy. These people need to be stopped and now !!
