I gave jim moncada a $150 deposit to draw up plans for a room enclosure. 6 months later the plans were never delivered. He stated it would take 10 days to draw them up. Every time i called he had some excuse why they weren't done. It was the worst business transaction i ever had. I finally had to get a different architect. He never refunded my deposit after numerous requests. Stay clear of this guy!
