I am sending this letter in regards to a purchase me and my wife made a few months back, It was a pool table and a hot tub bought at the same time. The hot tube was delivered first on December 21st and the pool table was delivered on January the 23rd 2003,

I was told at the time of instalation that if some thing ever needed to be serviced just to call and there would be no charge as long as it did'nt go over a one year period,

My pool table needs to be releveled and the felt restrecthed because it is starting to rinkel. We have been up to the store twice and ask for service even writeing down or phone number and name, we have even called a number of times to ask for help but no one will call us back. I think we have been to the store twice and called about five times with no responce.

It is obvious since the goods are totally paid in full the company has no use for us.

Pool table cost $2012.94 craftmaster hamilton serial no-l012.

Hot tube cost $4240.00 Alps k2 serial no-9232003-1.

Keith Bunn was store manager at the time but has been fired, we have been leaving messages for the store owner and her first name is Shannon.

First of all, Mr. Mayes purchased the pool table we did not offer anything other than manufacture warranties which apply to all sells. From the dates that the customer gave his pool table has ended all manufacture warranties by six months.

At no point was Mr. Russell Mayes told by any member of our team that we would come back when he wanted for any service unless there was manufacture defect.

Mr. Russell Mayes was rude, foul, and threatening to our team members. This is why we refused to speak to the customer. He was told when he could calm his temper we would speak to him. There will not be any person that will be violated by any other individual I don't care if you spend a million dollars in our store. You will not speak to peaple any way you see fit.

Mrs. Mayes came into our store two months ago and told us how sorry she was about her husband. She said because of his violent behavior that is why she divorced him. She said that everything was great with the hot tub and pool table. She continued to state that Mr. Russell Mayes was to controlling and if you didn't do what he wanted when he wanted that he became foul.

For every word that Mr. Mayes stated I can provide positive referrals. You can't please everyone, but you can try to make the most happy.

There is not anything anyone can do for this customer because he doesn't have any manufacture warranty and he is not welcome back in our store.
