the first customer service rep i talked to said if i returned the product i could get a 50% refund. I had to repeat myself several times as he could not understand what i was clearly saying. His supervisor said i could have NO refund as it had been longer than 30 days. He was rude. The next person told me i must not have taken it correctly or it would have work.
