Cladette Williams (Xstream travel agent) Advertized for 90 dollar trip by bus to the Barn Theater. The 90 dollars included a play, Lunch buffet, taxes, gratuities and roundtrip transportation. I was notified that the trip had been cancelled because the theater cancelled the show 1 hour before leaving home. When l asked for my money back l was told that the flyer had no refund. Claudette sent out a flyer for a 90 dollar trip to the Barn Theater in Greensboro, NC. This trip included a play, lunch buffet, taxes, gratuities and round trip travel by bus and was scheduled for December 9, 2017. Approximately one hour before leaving Claudette notified everyone that the trip was cancelled by the theater. I as well as others asked for our money back. We were told that our money would be refunded. Claudette told me that the flyer said no refund. I then called the Barn theater and found out that the theatre had not cancelled the play. Claudette has pocketed money from a bus load of people and has not provided a service. This is fraud.
