Claimed to be Microsoft Requested contact to obtain a refund for purchased software
Received a phone call from Unknown Caller, caller ID listed number as 1 888 414 2430. Robocall voice stated that a refund was due from Microsoft for a software product I purchased.
When I went to the Microsoft website to ascertain the validity of the call, no information was available.
