Complaint Review: Claims Management. Inc

I was in the Samsclub carwash in Flagstaff, Az and the door did not open all the way, it come up about eye level. The fans were on so I did not want to get out and there was a car behind me so I couldn't back up.

I did the only thing I felt I could, I went out anyways. The door rubbed all across the top of my vehicle and then ripped the top of the back of my van off. It's a 99 Express so there is a big long light rail across the whole top of the back and it was taken off. Also, it rubbed the whole top of my vehicle doing minor damage as well.

I spoke to the manager who got pics, then Claims Management, Inc who denied it. THERE IS A VIDEO, which I cannot get or see(go figure) which shows my vehicle getting damaged. John Kenison, who is the local clamis manager is now ignoring me.

Also, Claims Management Inc out of Kentucky who does Sams Cleb claims, specifically MEREDITH DRAPER is ignoring me now as well, especially since THERE IS A VIDEO proving the damage to my vehicle.

Advice and hindsight: get everything on video or record and get pictures if something like this happens. I didn't because I was in a hurry and their carwash ripped part of my vehicle off and how could they NOT pay? :-)
