BBZ has about 10-15 different names. I am currently getting hosed by them under claimyourgas.com. I bought furniture from Ashley Furniture and as a promotion they gave us $500 in gas cards from claimyourgas.com. The scam is that BBZ has it set up so that you to jump through all their hoops to collect the cards. Go to 1 brand of gas, buy $100 worth of gas each month before the 25th of each month, download different voucher form each month, mail so that the letter is postmarked before last day of the month with the original receipts, but no 2 receipts from the same day. I'm sure I'm missing some steps. We did that for April, then May. BBZ has rejected the claim because the gas brand is not printed on the receipt, just the store name (eg Don's Carwash sells Conoco gas, but Conoco isn't printed on the receipt.) So no card for April. Worse they waited till after we had sent in the May receipts, so those will be rejected too.
I called to see if we could correct it. They said I could have hand written the brand name on the receipt and they would have honored it. I asked if they could hand write it for me? No. Could they check that the station sells the agreed upon brand? No. Could they send the receipts back so I could fix them? No. Could they send me back the May receipts since the weren't "processed" yet? No. Will I get the full $500 credit? No, because I didn't follow the rules I am out for April and probably May. No gas card for you. But from looking at this site it looks like they don't honor any claims. I have filed a BBB complaint and I am warning Ashley Furniture not to use these creeps.

I signed up for the program in Dec 2008. I should have received some gas vouchers by now but have not. The timeline on their website suggests that I should have received my first voucher in April. I filled out a form on their website and sent in my complaint in that manner. I never got a response from them. I found several folks online complaining on various sites about this program, and found a customer service number 480-455-5192. I called it and spoke to Karely and she claimed that I would get Visa gift cards in the mail within 7-10 business days. That time period has passed and I still haven't received anything. When I went to call the above number to complain again, it is now just a recording, stating that they handle all customer service online. I guess it's easier for them to ignore the complaints this way rather than dealing with irate callers. I saw a rumor that they laid off their entire company, so I drove down to their Mesa office to check it out. Their doors were still open, but when I went inside, I didn't see a SINGLE employee in the entire building! So how are they going to fulfill their obligations when they claim they are falling behind due to unanticipated volume, yet they don't have any employees left?

It's also interesting that this program has been under several different names, addresses, and phone numbers in the recent past. What does that tell you?

BBB gives them a F rating:

Three articles in the St Pete Times about BBZ/Incentive Intl and another similar company they took the business plan from that was ALSO investigated for fraud and has shut down:

It seems that Sr VP Troy Warren is a very busy man scamming people from coast to coast for well over a decade. President Justin Elenburg also has his shady associations, from SearchBigDaddy to GoNoSalesSystem, associating with another known master of fraud Ewen Chia. The more you dig, the more layers of fraud you uncover. It's truly sickening.

I got both Mr Warren's and Mr Elenburg's business cards at their office and have tried calling them, but neither have returned my calls.

Not Happy, Not Satisfied

After reading complaints about ClaimYourGas on numerous boards, I was stunned to see someone claiming to be "happy and satisfied". You said: "But, I followed the rules! I did'nt make claims of fraudulance when I was not full-filling my end."

Well, I have faithfully followed their procedures and each month get a cheery email saying that all is well and my gift card is on its way.

And I *did* get 1 card, for my December submission. Since then, no gift cards, no responses to my inquiries, just meaningless email promises.

So, maybe the originator of this thread (who you referred to as "Honey"? Sheesh) didn't follow all their rules but many of us have done exactly what is required and are still being ignored by this fraudulent scam.

Follow The RULES!

Well heres another person who does'nt read directions or follow guidelines.

Honey, take a little time & read. You make it plain as day in your "rip off report" that you did'nt follow the EASY & SIMPLE rules. I was once inpatient & said some not so nice things about Incentive International, until they proved me wrong & caught up to all the mass of business they have accumulated. I have declared that the business stands behind their word.

But, I followed the rules! I did'nt make claims of fraudulance when I was not full-filling my end.

You followed the rules to claim your complaint, now do the same for your Gas!!!
Take a little time to read before participating in anything.

Just a little common sense. Really!
