an asian lady named genie came by our neighborhood soliciting to subscribe to this program for $25 in august 2009. the program offered a $25 visa card on a monthly basis if you submit a grocery receipts of $100 or more. genie told me that marketing companies pay for research findings and that the risk is minimal. She told me to go to a website to print out some labels, at which time, they also wanted another check for $15 to activate the program which they promised to reimburse. i sent in receipts with proper labels for a couple of months, but never heard from them. i tried calling, but the phone number on the pamphlet is always busy. this is a scam, and i am trying to report this to as many agencies as possible so that they cannot scam anybody else.
