Clair Skin & Joanna Gaines scam

I had the same thing happen to me. I was unable to delete the eye cream. I just wanted the Clair Skin which the article from supposedly Cosmo claimed was Joanna Gaines newest business adventure. The Free Trial turned out to only need $4.95 in shipping and handling. The glitch in the computer program automatically added the Revive Eye cream. I called the company immediately. The rep said they were sold together. They had seperate company names and it cost an additional $5.99 charge. The rep agreed to cancel my order and refund the $5.99. He said it would not ship since I called so quickly. I received an order on 5/5/17. It was not Clair Skin product but a substitute under another company name. I also received a smaller version of eye cream not at all what pictured. 5/9 They charged my account $9.99. 5/13 today, they charged 89.31! They said the website had a disclaimer if you did not call and cancel, you would be charged. According to my records, it has not been 2 weeks and I cancelled the product. Still refused to give back $. They offered 50% back. I did not refuse. I made it clear I had plenty of documentation and wanted all the money back considering I did not even receive the Clair Skin.
