Complaint Review: Claire's Bowtique - Amiee McCarty Sima

I placed an order with Claire's Bowtique on May 27th. I emailed Amiee with my order explaining that I needed it by the end of June for a photo session. She promptly replied saying that would be no problem and that I should receive the order in two weeks. I immediately paid the amount through my paypal account.

Exact copy of replied email:
Hi! I got your order down :) your total will be $18.50. Shipping is $3.50 so I will invoice you for a grand total of $22.00. You order will arrive about 14 days after payments received :) Let me know if this looks good and I will send the invoice :) thanks!

On 6/28/10 I sent her an email asking if my order had shipped. I never received a reply.

On 7/16/10 I sent another email asking if the order had shipped. Again, no reply.

I have left three messages on her facebook page asking if my order had shipped. Once, she replied that she would send me a tracking number. I never received a tracking number and the other two messages were never answered. All three she deleted.

On 8/3/10 I posted a comment on her facebook page asking for a refund from my purchase in May. She immediately deleted.

Today I posted another comment asking for a refund. That was 45 minutes ago, so I'm sure before the end of the day, that will be deleted with no reply as well.

I have been extremely patient with this lady and her business. I have had to reschedule pictures twice because I have not received the three items I ordered and had to order them from someone else. It has been 69 days since I placed and paid for my order and I want a REFUND!
