Clark Finance PLC Claude Wrathall Scam Lender promised loan then sends fake MTCN from Western Union and fake pics of debit card New Britain Connecticut
Claude Wrathall is impersonating a private lender. He lives in New Britain, CT and uses people (so called employees) to pick up the upfront fees he is charging for loans from Western Union and Moneygram. The phone number he provides just rings and goes straight to voicemail. He also indicates for loan that are $5000 or less he will send it by Western Union. However after the fee is paid he sends instead a fake MTCN and never delivers the loan.
