Clark Roofing Co. Mr. Arnell Jones, Project Coordinator for Clark Roofing Co, failed to make proper repair of rear main roof as promised. He added to proposal (after our verbal agreement that the Roof was not guaranteed), but he neve made the repair. Mr. Jones agreed to repair rear roof and offered windows and siding. He sent a crew for the windows and siding, and had a person put one sheet of material that was not sealed at the front edge of the rear roof. The result is a pool on my roof. Water is trapped unde the one piece. He said he would put 3 pieces of material to repair my roof, but heard him tell the guy to put one piece at the front. I am a senior over 65 having to climb a ladder and empty several buckets everytime it rains. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
On the proposal, Mr.Jones added that the rear roof repair is not guaranteed, but he never made the repair. Clark Roofing refuses to address the situation, and I was told by another project coordinator by phone that no will help me because roofers don't fix each other's mistakes.
To date, I am emptying buckets everytime it rains. Had I known that Mr. Jones did not repair the roof properly I would not have paid until it was done. He never sent me the photos of the roof he kept saying he was going to send .
Clark Roofing makes millions, I paid thousands for the job but Mr. Jones would not spend the few dollars it took to buy the sealant to properly fix the roof. I needed a patch, he left me with a worse situation.
