Complaint Review: Clark Waggoner

Clark Waggoner is a scam artist.  He hired me as a freelancer to help with his project (ebook / pdf creation). I've worked with hundreds of businesses, and unfortunately Clark is the epitome of a flake.  He had me create 21 chapters worth of content for his client, and then refused to pay.  He made excuse after excuse, despite this being a project that we had been working on for over 6 months.  Untrustworthy individual who doesn't deserve anyone's business.  

For what it's worth, he also advertises on fiverr (a well known scam infested website), so I would highly recommend you search elsewhere for editing, rewriting, book publishing needs. I've also back checked some of his reviews online which are completely fake.  His sample work also comes up positive when checked on copyscape, so it looks like he is using automated software to do his job for him.  Pathetic....
