Mr. Clark said he could replace our porch windows. He would need $3300.00 to place the order with lowe's. He never came back with any windows. He would not take any calls from us. This started in November 2014. Since then I went through the court system filing all the paper work needed. When our case finally got to the judge, about 10 months later, the judge determined that we won the case. But, know it was up to US to get our money back. Never saw him again, would not talk our calls.
