Complaint Review: CCA FIRST NATIONAL CARD

I am looking for anyone who is filing a class action lawsuit against this company.

I canceled my membership to them when i saw the rip off reports on here. They was not suppose to take any money from my checking account until Jan.25,2002.

So i called them back and told them i wanted to cancel everything with them and i talk to SID BADGE #7395 in costumer service dept and he assured me that if they received a letter stating i wanted to cancell my membership, annual and some other fee, before the 25th of Jan that no money would be taken out so i did that and i sent it certified well they received it on Jan.19,2002 and it was signed by Dennis C Noan.

Well i was looking over my bank statement and them SOB'S took 119.99 out of my account on the 28th of Jan . So i tried calling CS at the number i was given and was on hold for 23 minutes well finally it was ringing threw well it rang about 20-30 times then disconnected me..

I contacted an attorney and told him the situation and he told me i needed to find others who had this done to them and file a class action lawsuit against this company so if anyone is interested in doing this with me please contact me. thanks..lets put these sob's where they need to be and that to me is out of business for good.
