new downstairs ac unit installed two years ago, from day one i have had numerous service calls and the tech keep giving different excuses on why the unit is failing. defective unit is just than honor the warranty and replace. or get some one who can acutally tell me the real problem.
mulitple excuses.
1. overcharge
2. i do not know just reset the breaker
3.compresor is bad
4. drawing too many amps you need a start assist (why do i need on a new unit)
5.overchargeed again
6. i do not know
they keep nickle and diming me on the service call but they are not fixing the problem
