If you have police report, district attorney complaint, bank certificate of protest or judgement, anything that you think may help in my case. Please provide me a copy with.

What Robert failed to point out in his attempted rebuttal to my prior post was that I had to file a claim on my insurance to get my money back.  2 weeks ago, he called swearing he was going to restart making payments to fulfil his obligation to me.  But as you can imagine, he lied again.  I am enclosing a copy of the signed statement confirming exactly what he said he was going to do.  Instead, he wired me 10 $1000 installments and then quit.

There is no confusion or ambiguity in this situation, he lies.  He'll even give it to you in writing and then lie about it anyway.

do have a case number with tha NY State Attorney General's office if anyone needs it to pursue their case.  I have sent 3 messages and left 2 voicemails with Roert in last 7 days and now he has decided to just try and ignore the situation.

You say you believe in God yet you steal from people!  If this business is really closed, I am sure you will be in another one ripping people off soon.  BEWARE!!

My name is Natashia M I purchased a salvages 2009 nissan altimat 2.5s from him back on May 16 2010.  I gave him a $2500 cash deposit for my car. At the time of signing my contract w/him i pointed out to him that I'd only agree to purchase the car providing his fix a few small defects thatthe car had: front bumper paint chipped, tiny in back had bubbles, back on the trunk and back bumper there was a few scratches and w/in the inside it was missing a few clips, along w/ the raido acting funny when the defogger was put on. I didnt get my car till May 29th basically almost 3 wks from the date I gave him my deposit b/c according to robert he was fixing all the defects as we had agreed to have fixed at time of purchase, as well as there being a few issues to why I couldnt get financing. Once I got my car it STILL wasnt fixed like he had been telling me or we had agreed to.

He asked that I bring him my car for a few days to give him time to fix it. I like an idiot in trusting him did so. I didnt get my car back for 3 wks, and when he brought it back he added 117miles onto my car, as well as a scratch on it. a month went by and then he asked me to trust him yet again to fix the car rather than me take it to be fixed and give him the bill to pay. So i did, and yet once again he took my car for this time almost a full 2 and 1/2 weeks. When I complained to him that I had been paying not only a car payment of $375 for a car that I wasnt driving b/c he had it but insurance of $170 too he promised me that he'd make it right and reimburse me the $ wasted on my part.

Well that never happened and that reimurbsement kept growing. When I purchased my car, he included the taxes, registration fee, and inspection fee to the price....yet somehow I still got stuck paying for another inspection, taxes, and regiatration fee. When I called him about this he promised and swore in emails that he would reimnurse me. Yea, ok...I'm still wiating! Not only that but from May 2010 till end of Janurary I was driving around w/ temp. plates! He issued me in that time frame 11 different temp plates just so I can use the car. This is crazy!!!

To make things worse btw the $ hes supp to reimburse me for car payment and insurance for 2 and 1/2 months, taxes, registration fee, and insprection (mind you its up to 6k now) he tried to under handely sell my father ANOTHER car and use the money he owes me as a creidt twds the purchase of this other car! Now what type of crap is that!!!! This guy is a duce bag! and yes I have filed a disputeagainst him too in court.

I have also filed a police report against him, and have filed a dispute against him with the BBB, and the NYS Lisencing Authority. Don't think I havent called new 11, new 7, news 5, new 4, and news2 about him as well b/c i have!!!

Since the office closed Robert Hernandez has asked me to contact me on his cell phone.  He stated that he will always take the call, no matter what time of day I call.  Since it appears this is now is business number, he can be reached at 718-578-8812.

Since he chose not to reimburse me, I had to file a claim on insurance.  He is still claiming he is going to pay me.  Everyday is a new lie, I truly think this guy is pathological.

My story is on 12/3/2010, I wired him $19,000 to purchase a car.  He told me he shipped it, and he spent the next 30 days fabricating new lies that the car was in transit.  He even had delivery drivers colluding on his lies.  Then once he gets caught, he decides to fabricate new lies and blame it on his partner.  Well, the truth was he was never even in possession of the car he sold me.  It was purportedly on consignment, but the vehicle owner states that he had rescinded the arrangement prior to my purchase, and Robert never told him that I wired him the money.

Then he claims he is going to wire me my money back and instead, without my approval or any discussion he starts wiring measley meaningless installments.  Now is had even stopped those.

This is a bad guy.  He will try and tell you everything is a misunderstanding.  The only thing he misunderstands is how to act honestly and ethically.
