I've been to the service department at Classic Chevy/Toyota 3 times and their customer service is horrendous... needless to say I will not be going back nor buying from them. My first visit was for a broken vent control they had my car for 4 days. Each day they'd claim that the part wasn't included with their shipment and tell me to call back the next day. I asked to take my car home and bring it back when the part was in, but they refused, saying that they had the dashboard open. They also didn't want to give me a rental car. I guess they figured that I had nothing better to do but sit around and wait (I finally got them to agree to pay for a rental car on the 4th day after raising hell). My bill ended up being close to $500 for the part and the labor.

Eight months later I decided to give them a second chance and took my car to them for a check engine' light. The code was calling a misfire, but no misfire occurred. They were stumped as to what caused the light to go on, so I ended up paying $100 for nothing. The check engine' light came on two weeks later and again they had no clue ($90 more down the drain).

Because of the reasons above, I recommend avoiding any dealings with Classic Chevy / Toyota.

I am a regular customer of mentioned classic toyota/chevrolet. I have servicing my vehicles with this company for the last 6 years both toyota and chevrolet. I have referred numerous friends and family members to this facilty because of their superior customer satisfaction
skills.

I would assume that the person's complaint above was of his own aberration, and I
find it very hard to believe that there was no mutual resolutioned made/offered. I believe
that there are underlying circumstances that were not mentioned in above complaint. They are the best service facility I've ever been to, and
thats saying a lot. (been driving for 40 years)
