The Dry Cleaning Service Operator pretends like he doesn't understand English whenever it suits him in order to take advantage of customers by overcharging, having some early bird signs, then charging a higher price and pretending he doesn't understand when customers are surprised. The only advantage of his Dry Cleaning Service is the fact that it is located in Downtown Walnut Creek. I am not surprised that this place has bad reviews on Yelp and complaints are filed through Better Business Bureau. It is not the refund or money I am seeking - it is justice I am after. 

Situation: a tie was supposed to be dry cleaned, it costs $3.98 and I only had a Debit Card; the owner of the business said I should pay by Debit Card but the minimum charge is $6.00. He said I would get credit of $2.02 on my next service, he wrote it down on his tracking sheet and said he reflected this in his billing system on his computer. The next service comes, he pretend he doesn't remember or understand English. I am simply speechless and do want to take this complaint further.
