Complaint Review: Classic Closeouts

Where to begin...I unwittingly placed an order with this company thinking it was of the ilk of overstock, etc. WRONG!!! They are definitely IN A CLASS BY THEMSELVES - and DEFINITELY - a CLASSIC - and NOT in a GOOD WAY!

A jacket I ordered was sized ridiculously small; something I have never encountered in all my experience of ordering clothing on line. As a result, I immediately returned the jacket with all the appropriate paperwork. I waited and waited and WAITED for my refund. The order was placed in January. In March I asked them where was my refund. I was told...it had been given to my credit card - with what? Invisable ink? There was NO REFUND on my credit card - or anywhere else! I said no...I did NOT. I was transferred to the billing dept from customer (dis)service. No response. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They made TWO attempts to have them answer my complaint - no answer. I will now try to charge back on my credit card. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE - and as you can see by the rip off reports, I am not the only person that has suffered this fate.
