Complaint Review: Classic Paintings and Coatings

Contracted Classic Paintings and Coatings to come out and repaint the decking around my house and pool. They came out and did the job and it was fine for the first year. They gave me a 2 year warranty on all paint and workmanship. I specifically asked the owner Jimmy Wilkie if he would come back within his 2 year warranty to fix any issues with there work, he promised oh yes we pride ourselfs on our work. Well a year later the paint started to chip and flake up in spots. Called Jimmy several times to come out and fix the problem and he kept telling me he would be out to fix it, but no Jimmy showed up. I live out of State so its hard to coordinate for contractors to come out. I gave him several chances to come out but all I ever received was lip servive. He wont return any of my phone calls. The way I got a hold of him was to use another phone number and act like I was interested in hiring him to paint my house. They never answer the phone, it always goes to a voice mail. It cracks me up how in thre voice mail it tells you that there customer service is there first priority. Ive ran a business for 30 plus years and this is definitly not the right way.
