Classic truck rescue Rick Maylender Im out $6800 in parts Molalla oregon
I purchased a classic truck from rick and he was supposed to get it running, I worked with rick trying to get him to start working on my truck but he only kept pushing for more money. I finally by force got my truck but I never received the paint and parts and labor I was promised. I'm out approximately $6800.

My name is Rick Maylender and i am the owner of Classic Truck Rescue.
I did not realize that this Completely Bogus report has been on here for nearly two years. I can only imagine the negative impact it has had on my business and my reputation. I value each and every person that I do business with. I am not perfect, I do make mistakes, but I try to keep them to a minimum. I deal with a lot of people and I ship Classic Trucks and parts all over the world. I have been doing this for over ten years now.
I have dealt with hundreds of customers. I have had very few problematic transactions. I am not perfect and every situation is not perfect. If something goes wrong I bend over backwards to rectify the situation. I have given a few refunds when that seemed the only way to make things right. I have NEVER refused to refund a person's money if they have insisted on it. I take extra special care in packaging my parts and preparing vehicles for shipping. I am always available to communicate with. I CARE about my customers and most of them I consider to be my Friends.
The truck mentioned in this report was NOT taken from my property by force. The picture used is from a video I made for the customer showing me loading it onto a shipper's trailer. I make a video of every truck I ship showing its condition when it leaves my posession. The video also shows extra parts I included.
I contacted the person who purchased this truck from me as soon as this report was brought to my attention. I consider him to be a friend of mine and was very upset about this because he and I still communicate on a regular basis. He advised me that he did not file this report and would never do such a thing. He vehemently denied any connection with this report.
I do not know who filed this report, but it would be very helpful if the administrators of this sight would contact him/her or do some sort of investigation into who it was. Unfortunately, there is no remedy for me and I guess I'd better just get used to getting phone calls from organizations that want to help me improve my internet reputation.
