This online store is a scam. If you call, the phone choices for "operator" and "billing" is just an answering machine that promises to call back. I'm still waiting for my call back. The choice for "sales" always gets me transfered to a guy named John who sounds like he's on a cell phone and the choice for "Customer Service" is either an answering machine or also transfers me to John.

I ordered a $180 chess set as a 70th birthday present for my Dad. I told John how important it was that I had it within' 4 days. He told me I would have it in 3 days. After 4 days and no delivery and no way to track it with this outdated website I called, pressed 2 for customer service and of course the phone was answered by John. After he put me on hold to "check my order" he came back and said the product is out of stock for two weeks.  He knew how upset I was and that now it was too late to find the product somewhere else.
 
John offered no apology and had no concern for me whatsoever. I realized it must be a one-man shady operation so I asked him, "Is this a one man shop or do you have a supervisor?". He said he has a supervisor. When I asked to speak with him he said he would have to call me within 2 hours.  No one ever called me. What a surprise.

I just want this to be a warning for anyone thinking about making a purchase from them. Just because the item is listed a few dollars cheaper then the real competitors does not mean you should do business with them.  All this man had to do was at least apologize and try to help me in some way. I even offered to buy the next higher model but he would not give me any discount or even a break on the shipping charge.  I'm glad I found the product somewhere else with a real company because I probably would not have received the next item anyway.  I can't believe their website says #1 in Customer Service!! How is that allowed!?
