This company seems ligit at first glance but has very limited and manipulative rules for returning defective, or unsatisfactory merchandise. RMA required for return of item - must return with original packing receipt - so now you have no receipt because you had to return it!

After my return item was mailed back to them, I received a follow up unsolicted email changing the initial RMA number and stated return reason. Over twelve weeks later, no credit ever issued, no record of package being received (using their return label and packaging. Emails requesting status and reason for their changing RMA and return reason responded to with a 'form' email denying any credit until the item has been 'processed' by their customer service - which of course, they won't ever receive.

Don't deal with these people - poor quality merchandise, items that vaguely resemble their pictures, poorly packaged. Many restrictions for returns that allow them to manipulate the situation so that they can deny accountability for returns.

Be advised - If you have to return something, you won't get your credit.
