Classicloseouts is a ripoff company. The company doesnt like to issue credits for returned items. Also, on their website there is no company telephone number only an email customer support.

After searching the internet and reading reviews and complaints about this company i can see that im not the only person having a problems with returns.

Once you finally get someone on the telephone the reps are very nasty and hostile in answering questions. Its been 1 month since my return and the company still cannot tell me when my credit card will be credited. They said it takes 6 weeks to process a return.. go figure... On there site it says..

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s). Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your return to be processed from the day it is received. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our processing your return.

Well its been 30days for me and im still waiting..
