I ordered five posters for $5.00 each with free shipping off a promotional offer by Poster Pass. My credit card was billed $25.00 on the 3rd of April. Then on the 5th of April I was billed again, this time for $39.80 and under another company name Direct Decor Direct. Upon further research this Direct Decor is apart of Poster Pass. The company is trying to bill me again for another $39.80. I am starting to get seriously pissed off that a company practices such irresponsible actions again consumers. How can you purposely disregard your own promotional offers and erroneously charge a indivdual's credit card with such outrageous charges without permission from the consumer asking for addtional products? How long has this company been doing this without a lawsuit or on a bad consumer shopping site or something? I am a Army sergeant currently stationed in Iraq and this is the freedom my guys and I are laying ours lives on the line trying to protect? What a freaking joke! I hope other individuals, especially military service members, read my complaint and stay away from this company and it's website until they get their act/actions together!
