This chain of funeral homes is more of a scandalist entity taking money and doing terrible ,mortician work and over charging there clients
Charles the funeral director must be carefully watched,he is a schemer and acts nice but will take all your money right out of your pockets
when you enter the babylon funeral home its more like a finacial banking system ,they are on the phone collecting life insurance policies and they are not friendly or kind
There only concern it making bulk money and sucking there clients dry

You have filed a report against this funeral home and their funeral director yet you fail to even make mention of one thing that they did improperly. You generalize but are not specific on even one of your complaints. This appears to be nothing more that a dislike for this person and business as there is absolutely onthing in your complaint that substantiates any wrong doing.

You posted on a public forum that Charles is guilty of robbery, theft and being a pickpocket. If you can't back that up with some facts, he could sue you and win pretty easily.
BTW, your post really says nothing about this funeral home. Just a bunch of vague generalizations and unsubstantiated opinion. You certainly sound pissed, but no one who reads your report will know why.
