Clausen Structures, AKA Michael Clausen, AKA Christina Clausen have found a way to save a buck that has cost the lives of three innocent children. This company is a steel elector specializing in rebar and bridge construction. Our village hired Clausen indirectly through our General Contractor to erect steel and rebar to repair our badly ailing bridge passing through town in 2011. The GC or General Contractor chose Clausen because they had a competitive bid, are minority owned. (The company is in Mr. Clausens' wifes' name for that very reason, and to circumvent multiple judgements against him) Clausen Structures used inferior rebar and poor welding techniques that caused our bridge to collapse, killing three teenagers en route to softball practice. The bridge collapse was caused by Clausen Structures cutting a few dollars and doing things quickly, insofar as they could move manpower to a more profitable State funded project.

Further investigation has discovered that Michael Clausen is a recovering alcoholic and met his wife, Christina...in some type of 12 step program. The company they represent is nothing more than a drug and alcohol fueled attempt to survive.

Mr. and Mrs. Clausen should be prosectuted for this "criminal" offense. They cut corners where it was illegal and unethical to do so.

Clausen Structures is the subject of criminal and civil redress and I urge all General Contractors to not take the lowest bid. I urge you to hire a company with integrity, where integrity counts. Our children and our grandchildren will live with structures built by Clausen, let's have each and every one of those projects investigated.

We are in the process of contacting each and every General Contractor that has hired Clausen Structures, and have emailed, faxed and provided a more in depth view into this attocity.

False Accusation Made Against Clausen

#5General Comment

Wed, November 01, 2017

I’m dumbfounded that someone would take the time to write that lengthy false accusation about Clausen Structures. There are no references sited about this incident found anywhere, nor was this incident ever posted in the news.

This person / and or persons should be sued and put to jail. I have done business with Clausen Structures for many years and have found they are a decent company that take their time doing everything right.

They treat their customers with the utmost respect while never taking any shortcuts when it comes to safety of anyone on or around a project. This is a good, solid, moral company led by Christina Clausen with great people.

For anyone to take this article seriously, I would do some serious FACT checking first before you judge Clausen Structures poorly.

I did numerous Google searches and found nothing to indicate it EVER occured.  Just where did you come up with this?

If this is as fraudulent as it appears, hope you're sued into oblivion.

Also want to add that the picture attached was taken from an article I did for Bodybuilding.com see link below for proof http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/body-transformation-she-shed-103-post-pregnancy-pounds.html Bodybuilding.com needed written approval to use that phot. Due to the fact that Don Bersano owns the rights to the photo. I have also informed Don of this copyright issue and he also is looking into this issue.

The aligation in the attached report is fabricated and completely false. Clausen Structures, Inc has been in business for 6 years and has built a very good reputaion. If this report was true you would have seen this all over the news. I suspect this was written by my husbands ex, that has a serious drug and alcohol problem. She has been harassing me and my family and making direct threats to ruin my life.  I have currently retained an attorney whom is investigating who the Autor is. This is considered defimation of character and slander. I have also contacted a CBS news investigator to investigate this website due to the fact that it allows random people to make false alligations that can potentionally hurt someones business. Whoever wrote this should've read the fine print. it clearly states on this website.

THE RIGHT TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS IS NOT ABSOLUTE.

Of course, the right to remain anonymous is NOT absolute. For example,  the First Amendment does not protect statements which are false and defamatory.
