saturday, july 28,2007 after I got off of a 12 hour shift over night my husband and I went to clay cooley in duncanville to see about buying a new suv. the sales person tried to push me into a 6 to 7 hundred dollar monthly payment. I repeatidly told them that I could pay no more than 465 per month and no money down.

so after about 5 hours of dealing with these idiots I said I had enough and my husband and I left. I didn't realize it at the time but the salesman swiped our licenses so that we would have to come back. when we got all the way home and realized it we had to turn around and go all the way back.

when we got there the sales manager told us that he couldn't get us financed for an suv but he could finance us for a brand new 2007 pontiac grand prix. he pushed and pushed until we test drove it and put all the kids in the back seat to make sure it was roomy enough to accomidate my family.

well it was so we decided to take it. we finally got to the back to the financing department and signed all the contracts, had our monthly payment amount and due date of our first payment. they gave us the keys and told me to bring back proof of residence, insurance on the pontiac, my dads gms number for the gm price on the car, and my last years federal tax return on monday.

they pushed me into a car when I wanted an suv and when I returned on monday they had already called my husband and told him that they had gotten us a cheaper payment than they originally said, but when I arrived there they ask for a 500 dollar down payment and when I didn't have it they took the car back and tried to force me in to another car that was too small for my family.

I told them no and to give me my trade in back. It took them 2 more hours to find my keys to my trade in. they kept me there 11 hours on saturday and another 6 hours on monday. and while i was getting my things out of the pontiac another woman was there doing the same thing. obviously clay cooley makes a practice of harrasing women while their husbands aren't around to stand up for them.

they harrased, bullied and more importantly they embarrased me publicly. I wouldn't do business with clay cooley if he paid me to.
