Clayton Homes bought used mobile home no title, dropped on lot 1 1/2 weeks no setup. setup was paid for 1,400.00 they didnot mind taking the money cash for the mobile home. check was made out to L.A. Lewis and cashed. We need asistance. Supply North Carolina
Inez bought a mobile home from Judy Prescott at Clayton Homes May the 6th. Home was illegally brought out and dumped, before the perk test was done. Larry Ellis at the Brunswick County complex states that they committed a Federal crime. There is no title for this home acording to the DMV for this title number-serial No. FLL41A18972VD. Bob Ross gave Inez a SAles Agreement in place of a title. Clayton Homes has not blocked the home, 1,400.oo was paid and the check was cashed by Judy Prescott. We need HELP!!!!!!!
Betty Williams was also involved in this sales. The manager Barbara knows of these homes being sold, however states that they are not sold thru Clayton Homes, this home was on their lot and shown on their lot. Do we have a good law suit or what? HELP!!!!!
