My report has to do with being paid. I worked for this guy for about 2 weeks and quit due to his lack of organization for his company. after a few weeks his whole crew quit because they were having trouble getting paid from mr Pascoe. I went back to work for him and quit again because i found out about his payment problems. He has been changing the way he lists his company so he can commit tax evasion and he is deducting taxes from employees checks without them ever filling out the w-4 forms so there is no accurate way for him to deduct the correct amount of taxes. He currently has a contract with the fulton county school district which he will lose soon because myself and several other employees that didnt get paid will be going to the office of a certain official for the school district on jolly road to speak with them and show them several documents that we have uncovered showing that mr pascoe is illegally running a very large scam under several different names and even involving his wife and daughter unknowingly. He supposedly runs a trucking company and A+ landscaping that is also ran in the ground. We are currently filing warrants for theft by deception and also informing the irs that they have a problem with pascoe and his fraud.
