Complaint Review: Clean Credit

Summer of 08 i was sitting in my car listienig to the Basden show on WDAS. A commerical had came on about fixing your credit. Earlier in the year i had been making payments here and there to restore my credit. Because I wanted to purchase a home. So when I heard Basden get on the radio really saying good things about this company I thought that it could not be a scam. And really Basden is the only reason why i even called in the first place.

I called the 1 800 number spoke to one of there reps an african american by the name of Andrea Francise he was very nice and i felt comfortable talking with him. Everything I agreed to was being recorded this was a long and drawn out process. If i didn't say yes out right he would have to stop and start all over. This took a lot of time the more time i was on the phone the more I thought this was a real copany. Plus he said if i was not happy I could get my money back in 30 days.

We then set up payments arrangement. These dates they would take the money out my account. Sanning out to be about every two weeks. Thats also when I get my paychecks. Coming close to like $600 dollars.

He said I would get paper work in the mail of everything that we discussed. In the next few weeks. Weeks went by not a few i don't even remember but it was longer than 3 weeks. When the paper work came. It was one sheet of paper. Nothing in writhing about what we had discussed over the phone. Instead it was telling me that they could not get my credit report. And it was up to me to get all the information from all three credit company and then send it to them.

Thats when bells went off in my head. I called 1 800 965 0102 this was Andrea Francise ext 2362. Not in service then called the other number i was given 1 866 503 5450. I was even give a member Id number 258746 that i never got to use because the whole company was bogus!!
