Clean N Dry Carpet Cleaner 1-888-308-0608 is a Bait and Switch Gangster type operation.

Their phone number goes to a "booking center", all they do is take a msessage and won't disclose any information. No address on the reciept and they hang up when you try to follow up.

They came, intimidated my wife, tried to charge $300 instead of the $49 that I agreed to/had a coupon for.

He demanded cash payment before starting. Got beligerent and scary. Refused to give his name or address.

They are well discussed as known bait and switch scammers on this site and others. I wish I would have checked first.

The big guy, looked India, stood about 6 feet tall and was scary to handle.

All of our technicians undergo extensive training in customer service and the policies and procedures of our company. When a technician enters a customer's house they arrive prepared to give a free estimate and demonstration in order to give the customer the largest range of choices and to insure their satisfaction.
Upon investigation into this incident we found no evidence supporting the customer's claim that the technician got belligerent or scary the customer into accepting the estimate and completing the job at that time. Our managers work on the field as well checking the technician's work and insuring satisfaction. We are sincerely sorry if the customer did feel threatened however; in our research we found no information indicating that the technician was disrespectful, aggressive or disregarding.
We care about our customers and willing to give a FULL REFUND to the customer if it's going to make him a 100% satisfied!!
