Signed up to try their products and pay only shipping for product.  Received items.  Did not open until after the holidays.  I received another shipment of one item two weeks later.  I was charge for an item I did not receive.  I then started to question what was going on and open the boxes to find full size items in box, not samples sizes I was expecting.  All items were sent w/o needing my signature.

I then looked on my credit card account and noticed that I received four (4) charges on my credit card in a period of 14 days totally $327.77.  After notifying my credit card company of this and disputing the charges I called the company's 877 number.  I was told I was a member and would be receiving these items until I cancel.  Needless to say, I was shocked and canceled on 1/4/10.  I had no idea of this "said" membership.  There is no reference to this on my copy of the invoice showing I would be billed $.99 for one item and $.99 for the second item.  I was never billed the $1.98 for the "trial offer".

They have a no return/no refund policy, but yet say if you send the "free trial" back within 14 days they would credit your account for the "trial offer".  Isn't that a double standard?  They also don't accept return to senders.  But then I was told by a represenative of the company that if you do send back packages return to sender "they throw them in the garbage".

After many heated discussions and requesting to talk to a supervisor I am to receive a partial refund for products returned at my expense.

This has caused me a lot of stress in dealing with this company and has cost me money in shipping to send all products back not to mention paying for products I didn't not order, or think I was ordering.

After canceling my "said" membership, I received another shipment.  Talked to a representative of the company again and was instructed by Ashley and a few others to send the items back at my expense to get a refund.  So now they are telling me I can get a refund.

They make up their rules/regs as they go, so you never know what you can and can't do.  This is a flagrant misrepresentation of what they are doing.  There is no "free trial" and it not risk free as it says on my invoice.
