Complaint Review: Cleandryusa Carpet Care

I responded to a flyer for carpet cleaning. The two guys show up and one gets me outside talking while the other pulls a huge blue hose through my house and chips up my baseboards. The "estimator" uses a calculator to total my total sq feet. (which is more than the orginal carpet installed). He does the "bum's rush" on the cost(3 times more than the ad states). They do the job and the carpet is left dirty and wet. I write a check to get them out of there and then stop payment.

Two calls to a supervisor with no return call. He finally calls back when he realizes the check has a stop payment. He then uses profanity and tells me he will take it to collection. I told him I would sue him and his company he finishes by yelling "f**k you". Don't use these guys-they are high pressure saleman crooks who can't clean a carpet.
