Went on their site to see what people are paying for Keto Pills. I lost 40 lbs doing the Keto diet without pills. I didn't check any boxes that had quantities but did put in my information. The site placed my order somehow for me.
I was charged $199.99 for pills. $80.00 for other pills and $1.60 for an International fee. $281.59 total on April 21st.
Called them at 855-219-8777 and talked to a guy who said I can't cancel after an order is placed. I said it happened a minute ago and your company hasn't started anything. This put me in a bad way financially as the day before I paid my mortgage and the mortgage company took another payment.
Guy said I have to wait till I receive the order, than ship the bottles back. Called back when the order came for an RMA number. Shipped the order back to the fulfillment center. 11551 E 45th Ave., Denver. Colorado. Someone received them on May 19 2020.
Noone answers the phone anymore and you're told to email support@careandwellness.com. Emails don't go to that site. They come right back. Trying support@cleansedeepandnow.com
Cleanse Deep and Now is the site the Keto bottles were on. I don't see the Keto bottles anymore but they're something called Garcinia.
It's been 2 months, the phone gives voice mail blaming Corona and the email address they provide doesn't work.
Feel I've been ripped off!!
