Clear Breeze Solutions basically offers a service for $990 that can be performed for free by any individual. Regardless of what they tell you, and they will misinform you about their service, all they do is stay on the line with you in a conference call while you call your own card company and request a lower interest rate.

I just called Citi Bank and got a rate reduction from 29% to 6.99% on my own!

If you are afraid to call the company and ask for a rate reduction alone, then this service might be for you. But basically, they sell a service that can be obtained for free.
