Complaint Review: Clear Breeze Solutions

Clear Breeze Solutions Could lower my credit card interest rate, but ended up costing me $990. I tried to get out of it, but too late. Smyrna Georgia

I knew that I wanted to try to get my credit card interest rate lowered and when this company called they sounded very intereting. I should have known better! They were very persistent and very convinsing in what they said they could do although the entire time I was talking with the young girl, I just had a feeling that this was not what I should be doing. Several times I did say just that. She did convince me to give them a try. I signed up giving my information to her and only after I had given my credit card information and she told me how much it was going to cost and she said they were going to send me a packet of materials to read and fill out further information to get the process started. Between that time and the time the packet came I discussed it with my brother, because I had such a bad feeling about it. Well, I tried to cancel the credit card charge, but it was too late. That went through right away. They wasted no time on that! They have done nothing for me because I don't want to be involved with the company at all. Since then, I have called the credit card company and they have lowered my interest on their own by several points something they hadn't done before when I had asked.

I would like to get my money back, but I'm sure that's not possible and stop this company from doing this to anyone else.
