I just want to be short and clear
DO NOT GIVE YOU CREDIT CARD, MONEY, OR INFO TO THIS COMPANY
"Clear Breeze Solutions, Financial Services" THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO KEEP YOUR MONEY!
I have been rip-off put into more debt, mentally stressed by this company
I was told after fulfilling the requirements you will get a refund IF we, "CLEAR BREEZE", cannot help you lower your interest rates AND THEY COULD NOT !
That is to:
Pay $1497 on October 4th 2008
I went thru their appointment on the 20th of October 2008 to access my debt, with one of my credit cards, HSBC the only card i had a balance on. On a 3 way phone called with HSBS Credit card, Clear Breeze, and I.
My rates could not be lowered! According to HSBC on the 20th of October 2008.
CLEAR BREEZE Rep came to a conclusion that they COULD NOT HELP ME lower my interest rate any lower.
Clear Breeze Solutions, Financial Services said that I would get my money, $1497, back within 45 business days. I waited, and then I called back again. I was told by such called manager. "Since it had been some Christmas holydays that i would have to wait 30 more days in order to get my money back that he apologize". I asked to talk to someone else "I am the one higher up I was told you will have to wait the 30 business days he repeated
I called back in a tree way conversation with clear breeze and HSBC.
Three times I was on a three way conversation with HSBC, Clear Breeze, and I
Breeze said that someone will call me from headquarters i said I did not want to wait any longer I needed my money back.
After been put off for all that time.
Clear breeze says that it had now been more than 3 month and that a refund could not be issue.
My HSBC credit card said that they could not help me make a dispute since
I did not followed "Breeze's" "policy
They lied to me to the point where they made enough time pass by to rip me off !!!
