Complaint Review: Clear Credit Solutions

They called my mother, elderly mother of mine, but in a good state of mind, told her about a 5000 crdit card and a 500 extra dollars for accepting. She said no, and I was there with her at this time.

They called back to back 5 times, she said no, so the last tim they called she said she can't afford it and maybe at a later date. So they turned around and verified her personal information like routing number ss# which she hadn't even given to them, and she ask how they got it.

They said they won't sign her up and then turned around and took it out of her acct. And now her house payments are late. They just messed my parents up really bad. This was about 5-2003, we tried calling the number they gave to her and it was not in service. So now we have talked to the police and waitng on a copy of this transfer check thing and gonna get her back on her feet. But I look forward to them getting caught and hopefully suing them for my parents harship and false signture or forgery.

SHE SAID NO TO THE OFFER ALL FIVE TIMES THEY CALLED,PLUS THEY FORGE HER INFO, PEOPLE
