I live in McKinney Texas, I have had Clear for 5 months and my internet service never worked properly. My phones, ipad, ipods & computers would get a signal but it was so short you could use the internet. 5 months and they could never get it right, I would get credits but still no service. I finally went to another carrier. Now clear is continuing to charge my card and they are now telling me I owe a cancellation fee, I asked to speak to manager and he laughed and said you can just deal with collections.

I spoke with Cindy in escalations department at headquarters for Clear Wire.  She listened to what I had to say and noticed some of my issues. 

Her department phone # is 888-216-2794.  I am no longer a customer of Clear but I am satisfied with how it was handled after getting past the call center.
